OPTIONAL ACTIVITIES
Golf — PLC Reserved Tee Times at McCormick Ranch Golf Club
The McCormick Ranch Golf Club started as an active ranch in 1942. We’ll be playing the Pine Course, with breathtaking views of Camelback & McDowell Mountain. Hitting the corridor fairways of the Pine Course requires a mindful tee shot. Water comes into play on six holes, and local players will give you different tips how you
should play coveted hole number 15. Course architect Desmond Muirhead nailed it in 1972 when he developed the “fine pine”. The Pine Course is continually
selected by the PGA to host the regional qualifier for the Waste Management Phoenix Open.
We have a limited number of tee times scheduled to start at Noon on Sunday, November 5th. Cost is $175 per player, and includes 18 holes, a cart, greens fees, driving range & balls, boxed lunch, beverages and an afternoon of fun. Dress code for the course is collared shirts, no denim or cutoffs, no halter-tops.
If you’d prefer not to bring your clubs with you, clubs are available for rent for $80 per set; everyone must have their own set.

Cowboy Cookout & Sunset on the Sonoran Desert
You may have seen Fort McDowell on TV’s The Amazing Race — acres of pristine Arizona foothills play host to an
authentic western adventure with something for everybody. Dust off your boots and come in your dude-ranch
best for an evening of fun! We’ll arrive in time to see an amazing Sonoran sunset, while sipping margaritas or
cervezas . Cost is $85 pp and includes your meal, beverages, activities and RT transportation from the hotel. A beautiful view, delicious BBQ, and some surprises will make this an evening you won’t want to miss!
